Muscle Relaxant
Ophthalmologists use an injectable toxin known as Botox (botulinum exotoxin) to prevent muscles from contracting in compulsive eye squinting and to weaken strong eye muscles that induce wandering eyes in children.
This same technique is used to block movement in wrinkle creating muscles. Botox is particularly effective in ironing out the deep creases on the lower forehead between the eye brows. It has also been used to treat the small lines (crow's feet) spreading from the comers of the eyes, forehead wrinkles and neck folds.
