Healthy Diet to Prevent Hair Loss

The usual rate of growth of hair is about half an inch a month. But it grows more during summer. There is no recommended hair lotion for making the hair grow faster. But a wellbalanced diet helps the hair to have a healthy glow and strength. A protein rich diet is recommended. Some doctors are of the opinion that Vitamin B,2 can stop the growth of grey hair, by getting the pigment cells to start working again. Vitamin B12 can be obtained through liver, kidneys, bread, eggs and salad. Honey is also good. Vitamin C, which is obtainable from fresh fruits and green vegetables, is also a good nourishment for hair.

Iron also nourishes hair; we can got iron through fish and, spinach.
