Exercise

Exercise is essential to a healthy lifestyle, playing an important role in maintaining required weight, as well as affecting the psyche. It is a key player in the ability to grow old gracefully.

Although exercise does not seem to prolong life, it does slow the decline. Some scientists speculate that the inevitable decrease in biological capacity as you age may be halved if you engage in regular aerobic activity Others claim that people who exercise consistently may expect to live an additional two years. What remains irrefutable, however, is that exercise enhances the joy of life.
