Tips for Hair Care

1. Eat a well balanced diet with plenty of protein, fresh fruit and vegetables. Cut down on fried food, starches and sweet sugary foods.

2. Wash hair regularly with a mild shampoo.

3.Have hair trimmed every four or five weeks to get rid of split ends and have it styled.

4. Choose the equipment you use for your hair with care. Use handfinished combs, a good brush, no elastic bands but rather the covered variety. Don't use harsh nylon or metal combs

5. Don't brush hair when it is wet but use a smooth edged, widetoothed comb.

6. Increase circulation and the blood supply to hair roots with regular massage. Not recommended for very oily hair.

7. Remedy the effects of sunshine, pollution and other damaging agents with regular conditioning.

8 .Avoid back brushing and backcombing.

9. Never over wash hair because this strips the hair of its natural oils.

10.Take regular exercise
