Food is very important in keeping the hair healthy. Your food should be light, balanced, nutritious. A balanced diet means, it should have enough quantity of proteins, vitamins B,C,D, E, calcium, iodine, phosphorus and iron. Do take eggs, curd, milk, cheese, butter carrot, potato, spinach. lemon, mango, orange, grapes and apple.
Sprout some grains and cat with salt and lemon. It has as much proteins as you have in cheese, pulses have enough quantity of proteins. Flour not sieved and pulses with husk give more benefits. You get vitamin B and E from them.
You may get vitamin 'D' in the sun in the morning. Fried food upsets the stomach, and an upset stomach is harmful to the hair. Take eight to ten glasses of water every day.
